"Christopher Patrick and his team provided no value. He is the single worst insurance associate I have ever dealt with. They do their best to tack on additional coverages without your knowledge. Furthermore, they string along the process of fixing the issue in hopes that you will give up. They also promised to send a $100 gift card for all my troubles, which I never received. The list goes on and on. I assure you this gentleman will remain in the same position on the totem pole for much time to come, as he is not competent to properly manage his customers. We previously had coverage with another company that we were with for 5 years and they would never give me the time of day, always transferring, avoiding calls, and making everything extremely confusing. But Christina is the complete opposite. She truly helped me understand our coverage and bundle the best deal possible! She is extremely charismatic and positive. The best agent you could ask for!
